6.5.12 Restore Defaults
The Restore defaults function sets many user configuration settings to their factory default values.
To access the Restore defaults function:
1. Navigate to page 3 of the User configuration screen.
2. Continue pressing NEXT until RESTORE DEFAULTS is highlighted.
3. Press the RESTORE key.
4. Press the HOME key to save settings.
Note:
For quicker access to parameters on page 2 of the User configuration menu, select PREVIOUS to wrap
around from the top to bottom of page 1, then select NEXT to access page 2.
Restore defaults affects the following settings:
• rSO

alarm limit and alarm volume settings
– Upper alarm limits are set to OFF
– Lower alarm limits are set to MANUAL at 40
– Alarm volume is set to MEDIUM
• rSO
2
and time scales
– Upper RSO
2
scale is set to 100
– Lower rSO
2
scale is set to 30
– Time scale is set to 1 HOUR
• USB storage rate (set to every 5 seconds)
• Event mark list (set to OR)
• Channel labels and color coding
– Channel 1 is set to L
– Channel 2 is set to R
– Color-coded labels is set to NO
• AUC settings (normal mode AUC is set to OFF)
• Trend line averaging (set to OFF)
