Clean the Laminator
Clean๎the๎laminator๎when๎at๎least๎one๎laminator ๎cartridge๎is๎loaded๎with๎
holographic๎overlay๎material๎and๎any๎of๎the๎following๎are๎true:
โข Particles๎appear๎on๎the๎laminated๎cards.
โข Particles๎are๎visible๎inside๎the๎laminator.
For๎examples๎of๎problems๎that๎require๎laminator๎cleaning,๎refer๎to๎โLaminator๎
Problemsโ๎on๎pa ge๎50.
1. Open๎the๎laminator๎access๎door๎and๎
remove๎the๎L1๎and๎L2๎laminator๎
cartridges.
2. Remove๎printed๎cards๎from๎the๎
output๎hopper,๎if๎necessary.
This๎procedure๎uses๎a๎doubleโsided,๎sticky๎cleaning๎card๎that๎removes๎holographic๎
overlay๎particles๎from๎the๎laminator.๎When๎you๎clean๎the๎SD460๎system๎using๎a๎
regular๎cleaning๎card,๎the๎card๎also๎move s๎into๎the๎laminato r๎and๎cleans๎the๎
laminator๎rollers,๎card๎entry๎area,๎and๎the๎impresser๎exit๎rollers.๎This๎is๎sufficient
๎if๎
