Adjust jet in gutter
Tools required:
Ƒ Cannon positioning tool, open-ended wrench.
Ƒ Bifocal magnifier (eyecup type).
Ƒ Head cleaning material
Ƒ Allen key (1.5 mm)
Ƒ Tweezers
ʄ Before you start
1. Position the head onto the maintenance holster.
2.
Select and confirm STABILITY function to ensure jet(s) are stable.
3. Select and confirm the JET ADJUSTMENT function.
4. Make sure that the jet(s) recovery system is operating correctly.(Vacuum)
ʄ Adjustment
The adjustment process includes three inter-connected settings:
Ƒ cannon rotation,
Ƒ upper eccentric rotation,
Ƒ lower eccentric rotation.
This procedure must not be rushed, and it may be necessary to stop the jet(s) from time to
time to clean the electrodes.
