(3) Removal of Scanner Outer Cover
¡ Remove the Side cover L
1. Remove the 3 screws indicated, then remove
the side cover L.
¡ Remove the Side cover R
1. Remove the 3 screws indicated, then remove
the side cover R.
¡ Remove the Scanner rear cover
1. Remove the document cover.
2. Remove the 5 screws.
3. Press the scanner switch to slide the scanner
unit.
4. Remove the scanner rear cover.

5. Remove the 10 screws indicated, then remove the
front cover.
