7 Setting the needle bar
Order
First, check the following setting:
• A straight and undamaged needle has been inserted ( Operating
Instructions)
Proper setting
The needle pierces the exact center of the needle hole.
7.1 Aligning the needle bar linkage sideways

1. Remove the arm cover ( p. 16).
2. Remove the push buttons.
3. Loosen the two threaded pins (1).
WARNING
Risk of injury from moving parts!
Crushing possible.
Before setting the needle bar, switch the sewing
machine off.
