14.2 Starting position of the moving knife
Proper setting
If the sensing roller (1) touches the highest point of the cutoff curve (3), the
edge of the moving knife (5) should cross the blade of the fixed knife (4)
by 0.5 to 1 mm.

1. Tilt the machine head ( p. 15).
2. Check whether the cutoff curve (3) is pushed as far to the right (2).
3. Turn the cutoff curve (3) as prescribed.
4. Loosen the screw (6).
5. Turn the fixed knife (4) as prescribed.
6. Tighten the screw (6).
