3. Sub-system of CPU Board
The MAC sub-system is used for CPU board to connect the management PHY (BCM54616S) on the
main board, the MAC solution is Broadcom BCM56873.
The BMC5720 communicates CPU via PCIE GEN2 x2, and connect to the management port PHY
BCM54616S on the main board via SGMII / SERDES.
The NCSI interface is used to connect the BMC module to support share NIC function.
