Move the Manipulator to the origin posture (0 pulse position).
Turn OFF the Controller.
Remove the following parts.
• Arm4 side cover (both sides)
• Arm4 maintenance cover
• Arm3 cover
• Arm3 maintenance cover
• Arm2 side cover (both sides)
• Arm1 side cover (both sides)
• Arm1 center cover
• Base Maintenance Cover
• Connector Plate
(M/C Cable Backward: C8),
(M/C Cable Backward: C8XL, C12XL),
(M/C Cable Downward)
• J1 Motor unit
(M/C Cable Backward),
(M/C Cable Downward)
• Gyro board 1
Disconnect the cables from the Connector Plate.
1. Disconnect the Ground Wires of the RJ45 connector and the F-sensor connector.
POINT
Holding down the connector by hand pull the Ground Wire.
