(5) Press the <OK> key. The following screen appears.
(6) Press the <OK> key to execute the system backup.
When a file of the same name already exists, the following screen appears.

Overwrites the file.
<F2>
Moves
to the [Programming] screen.
(7) After execution has completed, the following screen appears.
CAUTION

Do not edit the backup files. Otherwise, operation of the robot system after data
restoration to the Controller is not assured.
