"Device Name"
A text box is provided. The string must have 2 to 15
characters and contain
"A"~"Z", "a"~"z", "0"~"9" , and "-". (Spaces are not allowed.)
The leading character must be "A"~"Z" or "a"~"z". ("0"~"9"
and "-" are not allowed.)
The final character must be "A"~"Z" , "a"~"z" or "0"~"9". ("-"
is not allowed.)

"Location"
A text box is provided. The string must be UTF-8
characters up to 127 bytes.
