By default, the tracer-centerer-blocker blocks the lenses in the boxing center.
To choose a different blocking mode, consult the section Configuring the centerer-blocker > Customising>
Working modes and display precision (F p.97).
b. Block the lens
Prerequisite
• The lens must be centered.
• Take the posiblock adapted to the shape, indicated at the bottom right of the screen: or .
Position the posiblock in the blocking head.
According to the display, press or to start blocking.
The blocking arm places the posiblock on the lens at the shape Boxing center or at the optical center.
The lens is blocked.
For a hydrophobic lens, press with your fingers on the posiblock so that it adheres to the lens
properly.
The centering screen for the second lens is displayed.
The adjustments made to the PD, pupillary height, type of lens and type of centering are displayed
by default for the second lens.
Center and block the second lens.
The edging preparation screen is displayed automatically.
