returns the limit position in M36 and
M37. K47 is taken into account by
SLS command but not in M36 and
M37 setting
STA.<AXIS>=<P1>,<P2>
Starts a movement by using the
movement parameters of sub-index
(depth 1 to 3) specified by <P1>, and
<P2> is a mask of movement
parameter to be loaded (0 means all
movements parameters are taken into
account)
