Pump 1 decreases the control value,
Pump 2 increases the control value.
The control range is between -100 % (pump 1) and +100 % (pump 2),
this range can also be set in manual mode.
If the setpoint = actual value no pump is activated (neutral zone Xsh).
Output signals as for 2 point pulse-duration controller and 2-point pul-
se-frequency controller.

The control of an electrolyser disinfection system requires a special
controller that avoids switching on and off too often (reason: starting
time of the electrolyser).
This control output uses a minimum switching-on time as well as a
hysteresis to minimize the switching cycles.
When the measured Cl2 value falls below the Cl2 setpoint minus hys-
teresis (e.g. setpoint 0.50 mg/l - hysteresis 0.05 mg/l = 0.45 mg/l) the
control output is switched on.
The control output remains switched on at least for the "Min. ON"-time.
As soon as the setpoint is exceeded and the "Min. ON"-time has run
out, the contact switches off.
In manual operation the Min. ON-time is without function.
