DEPOLOX

Pool Description
WT.050.570.000.DE.IM.0714 27
Cl2 + CEDOXECO Normal mode: Cl2
ECO mode: CEDOX
ECO
(Version 2.00 and higher)
Cl2:
In this mode, the Cl2 setpoint is controlled by a PI single feedback
closed loop control.
Setting parameters: Xp, Tn, Cl2 setpoint,
The flocculent control system measures at a constant rate.
CEDOX ECO:
In CEDOX ECO mode, the mode is controlled based on
the mV setpoint (see under CEDOX). There is a digital input to switch
the system to ECO mode.
Setting parameters: Redox setpoint
ECO, XpECO, TnECO
The flocculent control system measures at a constant rate.
This ECO mode can also be used for disinfectant control in combina-
tion with reduction of the circulation.
Peak-chlorination
This function is primarily an addition in combination with CEDOX cont-
rol when low concentrations of chlorine occur frequently.
The “peak-chlorination” function can guarantee pool hygiene, even
when the chlorine values are low and DIN parameters are complied
with, it can also ensure the prevention of algae growth.
At a maximum of 5 freely definable times per week, the DEPOLOX
®
Pool automatically adjusts to a higher chlorine value, which can even
be set to above the measurement range. These times can be repeated
weekly, or every two, three or four weeks.
The duration of the peak-chlorination can be defined and starts when
the peak-chlorination setpoint is reached.
For safety reasons, the system includes a time limit which defines the
maximum time for which this peak-chlorination value can be activated.
If the peak-chlorination value is not reached during this time, the pro-
cess is cancelled and an error message is displayed.
Switching off
peak chlorination
There is the option of switching off the alarm and the overall chlorine
control during peak-chlorination. Once the Cl
2 value is back at the set-
point, the alarm and the total chlorine control are reactivated.
Adaption
The adaption menu (1.1.6) contains the parameters for Tu, Ts, Tu
ECO
and TsECO. Depending on the mode in which the adaption run is car-
ried out, the relevant times are calculated (in normal mode Tu and Ts
and in ECO mode Tu
ECO and TsECO). At the same time, the times
determined are used to calculate the control parameters Xp, Tn or
XP
ECO und TnECO.
All the times and control parameters can also be entered manually if
they are known. If the times Tu and Ts or Tu
ECO and TsECO are
adjusted manually, the corresponding control parameters Xp and Tn
or. Xp
ECO and TnECO are calculated at the same time.
