Cleaning/replacing
the fine filter
The fine filter must be cleaned or replaced in order to protect the deli-
cate membrane of a membrane sensor against soiling or damage.
NOTE
A fine filter must only be installed when membrane sensors are emplo-
yed.

1. Release the knurled nuts (1, Fig. 23)
2. Remove the filter unit (4).
3. Remove the fine filter (3). To this purpose
 Screw the M6 screw slightly into the fine filter and pull the fine
filter out of the filter unit
or
 Press the fine filter with a suitable tool (not pointed) out of the
filter unit.
4. Rinse the fine filter with water, replace if necessary
5. Place the fine filter into the filter unit. Ensure that the O-ring (2) is
fitted correctly.
6. Fit the filter unit. Ensure that it is fitted in the correct position
(Fig. 23).
7. Tighten the knurled nuts.
