2.7.9 Ym Calibration
Ym calibration (only with selection of "Electr.Pos.w.Ym")
Automatic calibration
1. Starting with the basic display in the main menu in the "Cl
2
" menu,
open the window "Cl
2
actuator".
2. Select the parameter "Ym Calibration" and confirm the selection.
3. Select the "Auto" function and confirm the selection.
Alignment of the feedback signal starts automatically.
The motor moves to the end positions pos.= 100 % and pos.= 0 %.
Alignment is indicated with the message "End" If an error occurs during
automatic setting, "pos.-error" appears and setting is terminated.
4. Determine the running time of the positioner from 0 % to 100 %.
5. Enter the determined running time in the window "Cl
2
actuator" un-
der Ty.
NOTE
If automatic alignment is not successful, perform alignment manually.
Manual calibration
NOTE
The feedback signal be adapted by 30 % max.
1. Starting with the basic display in the main menu in the "Cl
2
" menu,
open the window "Cl
2
actuator".
2. Select the parameter "Ym Cal. 0 %" and confirm the selection.
3. With the arrow keys or by moving the positioner correct the display-
ed value until the required 0 % position is shown on the dosing dis-
play.
4. To save select "ENTER".
5. Select the parameter "Ym Cal. 100 %" and confirm the selection.
6. Set the required 100 % position.
