Error group 01 Internal faults

01-0 6180h Stack overflow (internal error) PS off
Cause – Incorrect firmware?
– Sporadic high processor load due to special compute-bound
processes (save parameter set, etc.) .
Action • Load approved firmware.
• Contact Technical Support.
Error group 02 Intermediate circ uit
No. Code Message Reaction
02-0 3220h Undervoltage in intermediate circuit configurable
Cause – Intermediate circuit voltage falls below the parameterised
threshold.
Action • Quick discharge due to switched-off mains supply.
• Chec k mains voltage (mains voltage level or network imped-
ance too high?).
• Chec k intermediate circuit voltage ( measure).
• Chec k undervoltage monitor (threshold value).
• Chec k travel profile: If travel with lower acceleration and/or
travel speeds is possible, reduce d power consumption from the
mains results.
Error group 0 3 Temperature monitoring, motor

03-1 4310h Temperature monitoring, motor configurable
Cause Moto r overloaded, tempera ture too high.
– Motor too hot.
– Sensor defective?
Action • Check parame ters (current regulator, curre nt limits).
If the error persists when the sensor is bypassed: Device defective.
