Print to USB connected printer.
24.3 Delete batch report
Delete a group of reports by age:
• older than 1 month
• older than 6 months
• older than a year
Individual reports cannot be deleted. Reports created less than one month ago
cannot be deleted.

As a best practice for cGMP, apply user restrictions to
disallow this function.

24.4 Export reports to USB flash drive
Save encrypted reports to a USB flash drive for import to NetTools. Refer to "Saving
a batch report without a network using USB flash drive" on page 153 to read the
exported report.
Option only displayed when a USB flash drive is detected. "USB devices" on page 41.

Reports can also be exported by Ethernet using NetTools.
