To make a current leakage measurement and to check THD or ripple coefficient
using the built-in multimeter:
1. Push .
2. Select the HIPOT LC mode.
3. If necessary, push the AC/DC softkey to select between ac or dc mode. See
Figure 21.

4. Connect the test leads from the HIPOT output voltage terminals to the Meter.
Connect the HI output signal of the DUT to the Meter V input if measuring
<1100V, or to the HV input if measuring from 1100 V to 5000 V ac rms or dc.
Connect the DUT GND or LO terminal to the Meter COM terminal.
