When you select [Full Access Password] or [Open Password] in [Digital Certificate (V4 Incompatible)], the
same certificate name may be redundantly displayed in [Security Settings] of a DocuWorks document to be
generated, in the following conditions. However, this does not affect the operation.

The certificate data was obtained from an LDAP server, and the same certificate was selected redundantly.

Encrypts the file by the 128 bit AES method using a certificate. Files encrypted by this
method can be opened with DocuWorks Ver. 5.0 or later.

If you select [On] and set a password, the file is encrypted. To open the file, the password is
required. The access privileges set in [Restricted Operations] are assigned.
You can enter a password with up to 32 characters.

[DocuWorks Security - Certificate] Screen

addresses to which privileges are assigned.
