7.4.3 Right Rail Internal Repairs
7.4.3.1 Removing the Inner Rail Assembly
Refer to “Figure 7-24 Removing the Lift Motor”, “Figure 7-25 Right Rail Disassembly”, and “Figure 7-39
Heater Door Cable Adjustment”.
1. Using a 2.5 mm hex key, remove the 2 screws located at either end of the upright in the rear dovetails
that secure belt channel to the inside of the upright. Using a 3 mm hex key, remove the side roller
bracket. Remove the lift motor coupler components if still attached to the rail assembly. Pull the entire
rail assembly up out of the upright.
2. Remove the pinch guard by sliding it up then pulling it off.
3. Remove the nut and washers at the bottom of the belt channel that secure the heater door opening rod
to the bracket and remove the assembly.
