NOTE: When setting a scrambled elementary stream to Clear mode, a warning message is displayed,
requesting the user confirmation to clear access to the stream.
Setting the stream PID to scrambled, sets the scrambling mode of the stream according to the
scrambling mode defined for the encoder (refer to 4.1.4 Scrambling Mode on page 75).
