Error Message How to Correct
Comm Error
1. In the taskbar of the imaging system software, select the
system status icon.
2. In the menu, select Clear All Faults.
This error can occur when the manual Z-control is turned quickly.
Hardware Error
1. In the taskbar of the imaging system software, select the
system status icon.
2. In the menu, select Clear All Faults.
3. If the message continues to display, contact Technical Support.
Selftest Error
1. Disconnect the Affirm Biopsy Guidance Module cable from
the imaging system.
2. Reconnect the Affirm Biopsy Guidance Module cable to the
imaging system.
3. If the message continues to display, contact Technical Support.
Stuck Switch Fault
1. Disconnect the Biopsy Control Module cable from the Biopsy
Guidance Module.
2. Reconnect the Biopsy Control Module cable to the Biopsy
Guidance Module.
