Timing Board
This board consists mainly of data-controlled devices and
troubleshooting is reduced to replacing suspect devices. However,
basic checks can be performed on some parts of the circuitry:
Supply Voltages
Check whether the power supply voltages are present on the board.
Measure against AGND at the positive pole of capacitor C109.
