number of drives as the controller node enclosure.
• The drives must be identical pairs.
• The same number of drives and type should be added to all of the drive enclosures in the
system.
• The minimum addition to a 2-node system without expansion drive enclosures is two identical
drives.
• The minimum addition to a 4-node system without expansion drive enclosures is four identical
drives.
