Use these system installation checklists to complete all the requirements before installing the
storage system software.
System Software Installation Checklist
Verify the following before you begin the installation process:
• All components are installed.
• The system is properly set up and powered on.
• All LEDs are properly functioning.
• All LEDs have a status of green.
• The physical SP is installed, powered on, and assigned an IP address, or the VSP is installed,
connected, and the temporary IP address is determined.
