12.6.1 Establishing the Configuration Task
Applicable Environment
When upgrading the system software or installing a new patch, you need to delete the running
patch.
You can delete a patch of any status.

1 Deleting the MPU Patch

Step 1 Run:
system-view
The system view is displayed.
Step 2 Do as follows on the router to be upgraded.
Run:
patch delete
The MPU patch is deleted.
Step 3 Run:
patch delete slave
The slave MPU patch is deleted.
