This SCPI is applicable for M8041A and M8045A.

Syntax [:SOURce]:SSCLocking:FREQuency ‘identifier’, <NRf>

‘identifier’: ‘M1.ClkGen’
<NRf>: Set spread spectrum clocking frequency.
Return Range 100 Hz to 200 kHz
Description This command sets the spread spectrum clocking (SSC) frequency in
hertz. Acceptable units include Hz, kHz and exponents (for example, 1E3 is
the same as 1 kHz).
This SCPI is applicable for M8041A, M8195A, M8196A and M8045A.
Example :SSCL:FREQ ‘M1.ClkGen’, 1khz
