SCPI Command Reference 5
:PLUGin:OTIMing:FETCh[:JITTer][:TOTal]:OSDelay?
Syntax :PLUGin:OTIMing:FETCh[:JITTer][:TOTal]:OSDelay? ‘identifier’[,‘Location’]
Input
Parameters
‘identifier’: Specify the measurement name.
[‘Location’]: Specify location (optional).
Return Range <NR3>
Description This command returns the average of the left (Ai) and right (Bi)
bathtub/BER threshold intersections (optimum sample point delay)
associated with a specific measurement name identifier.
This SCPI is applicable for M8041A, M8051A, M8062A and M8046A.
A measurement run on a location identifier (for example, ‘M1.DataIn1’) will
return following result.
Example :PLUG:OTIM:FETC:OSD? ‘MyOutputTiming’,‘M1.DataIn1’
:PLUGin:OTIMing:FETCh[:JITTer][:TOTal]:PMARgin?
Syntax :PLUGin:OTIMing:FETCh[:JITTer][:TOTal]:PMARgin? ‘identifier’[,‘Location’]
Input
Parameters
‘identifier’: Specify the measurement name.
[‘Location’]: Specify location (optional).
Return Range <NR3>
Description This command returns the period of time where the bit error rate is lower
than the BER threshold (phase margin) associated with a specific
measurement name identifier.
This SCPI is applicable for M8041A, M8051A, M8062A and M8046A.
A measurement run on a location identifier (for example, ‘M1.DataIn1’) will
return following result.
Example :PLUG:OTIM:FETC:PMAR? ‘MyOutputTiming’,‘M1.DataIn1’
