This is the basic measurement for BER versus sample threshold and is
integrated with the M8070A software during the startup. The
measurement comes with the set of Acquisition and Evaluation Parameters
which are used to configure the measurement run. The Acquisition
parameters can only be configured before the measurement starts (i.e.
during the measurement run you cannot change the value of Acquisition
parameter); however the Evaluation parameters can be configured any
time even after the measurement has been run.
