:PLUGin:ERATio Subnode
This is the basic measurement for the bit error ratio, symbol error ratio and
frame error ratio and is integrated with the M8070A software during the
startup. The measurement comes with the set of acquisition and
evaluation parameters which are used to configure the measurement run.
The acquisition parameters can only be configured before the
measurement starts (i.e., you cannot change the acquisition parameter
number while the measurement is running); however, the evaluation
parameters can be configured at any time, even while the measurement is
running.
Results can be retrieved using the :PLUGin:ERATio:FETCh:DATA? or
:FETCh subsystem commands.
The M8040A system also supports error uatio measurement using NRZ or
PAM-4.
