voltage and current measurements as well as status information.
l Scope-like display - Voltage and/or current waveforms of all outputs can be simultaneously dis-
played. Adjustable markers provide calculated measurements.
l Data logging display - Average, minimum, and maximum voltage and current values can be logged
over an extended time period to the display. Adjustable markers provide calculated meas-
urements.
l Measurement functions - Average, minimum, and maximum values are provided for all voltage
and current measurements. Output power (Watts) is calculated for all outputs in single-output
meter view.
l Seamless measurement autoranging - Available on Keysight N6781A, N6782A, N6785A, and
N6786A SMU power modules. Output measurements seamlessly autorange between ranges –
however, the 10 μA current range must be selected manually.
l Microampere current measurements - Available on Keysight N6761A, N6762A, and N678xA SMU
power modules. Current measurement can be made as low as 1 μA in the 10 μA range.
l Fast Digitizing Available on Keysight N678xA SMU power modules. 5.12 μs/sample for one para-
meter; 10.24 μs/sample for two parameters.
l Histogram measurement - Available on Keysight N6781A N6782A, N6785A, and N6786A SMU
power modules. Provides a statistical measurement for profiling the measured current.
