Abort Commands
Abort commands cancel any pending triggered actions. They return the specified trigger system back
to the Idle state.
ABORt:ACQuire (@<chanlist>)
ABORt:DLOG
ABORt:ELOG (@<chanlist>)
ABORt:HISTogram (@<chanlist>)
ABORt:TRANsient (@<chanlist>)
ABORt:ACQuire - Cancels any triggered measurements. It also resets the WTG-meas bit in the
Condition Status register.
ABORt:DLOG - Stops internal data logging.
ABORt:ELOG - Stops external data logging.
ABORt:HISTogram - Stops the histogram current measurement.
ABORt:TRANsient - Cancels any triggered actions. It also resets the WTG-tran bit in the Operation
Condition Status register.

Cancel the measurement: ABOR:ACQ (@1)
Stop the internal datalog: ABOR:DLOG
Stop the external data log: ABOR:ELOG (@1)
Cancel the histogram measurement: ABOR:HIST (@1)
Cancel the triggered action: ABOR:TRAN (@1)
l ABORt:ACQuire and ABORt:TRANsient are also executed at power-on and upon execution of the
*RST command.
l Abort:TRANsient does not turn off continuous triggers if INITiate:CONTinuous:TRANsient ON has
been programmed. In this case, the trigger system will automatically re-initiate.
