Parameter Description
Dwell per Step The dwell time for each step in seconds. Values rangefrom10.24 μs to 0.30 s.
Import(.csv format) Imports a currentor voltageCD Arb list.

Min The minimum value of the imported Arb.
Max Themaximum valueof the imported Arb.
Avg The average value of the imported Arb.
Points The number of points in the imported Arb.
Time The total time of the imported Arb.
Repeat Count The maximum repeat countfor CD Arbs is 256.
