asinglebeamunit.
Theotherendofthecableispermanentlyxedtothe
transducer.
Thetransducerisdesignedwiththeindividualelements
organizedinfourseparatesectors.Itisveryimportant
thatthetransduceriscorrectlyinstalledwiththesectors
positionedasshownintheillustration(seenfrom
above).Eachsectorisconnectedtoadedicatedtransceiverchannel.Inthiscontext,
thephrasetransceiverchannelisusedtodescribeonesinglepathwaythroughthe
transceiver.Thispathwaycontainsonetransmitter,onepreamplierandthenecessary
transmit/receiveswitchingcircuitry.

Westronglyrecommendthatyouinstallthetransducercableinasteelconduit.
Dependingonproductiondate,thetransducercanbedeliveredwithtwodifferentcable
