TheEK80softwarehasbeendesignedforWindows10.Operatingsystemsolderthan
Windows10arenotsupported.

–Minimumbandwidth:1Gb/s
TocommunicatewiththeWideBandTransceiver(WBT),ahighqualityEthernet
adapterisrequired.TwoadaptersarerequirediftheProcessorUnitshallalsobe
connectedtoalocalareanetwork(LAN).
TheEthernetadaptercommunicatingwiththeWideBandTransceiver(WBT)must
offeraReceiveBuffersfunction.Thisparametermustbesettoitsmaximumvalueif
morethanoneWideBandTransceiver(WBT)isused.

Minimumdisplayrequirements
Unlessspecicallyordered,theEK80isnotprovidedwithadisplay.Thedisplaymust
thenbepurchasedlocally.
YoucanusemorethanonedisplayonyourEK80ProcessorUnitdependingonpersonal
and/oroperationalpreferences.
Note
MakesurethatthechosendisplaymeetstheEK80requirements.Thedesignand
constructionmustallowformarineuse,andthedisplaymustbeabletowithstandthe
movementsandvibrationsnormallyexperiencedonavessel.V erifythatyouhaveeasy
accesstocablesandconnectors,andthatthedisplaycanbeinstalledinasafeand
secureway.
