Assigning eect parameters
If an eect parameter is assigned to the “Long Ribbon (Filter)”, the eect parameter
can also be controlled when the lter is controlled with the long ribbon controller.
In addition, the polarity direction assigned to where the eect is applied can be
switched by changing the “Long Ribbon Polarity” parameter.
Eect parameters
Compressor
This eect compresses the input signal to regulate the volume level and give a
“punchy” eect. This is useful when applied to sounds that have a strong aack.
You can link the le and right channels or make them function independently.

Sets the balance between the eect and dry sounds
Envelope Select [LR Mix, LR Individual]
When LR Mix is selected for this parameter, the le and right channels are linked
to control the Limiter using the mixed signal.
With L/R indiv., the le and right channels control the Limiter individually.
Sensitivity [001...127]
The “Sensitivity” parameter sets the sensitivity of the compressor. If this
parameter is set to a higher value, lower level sounds will be boosted. With a
higher sensitivity, the overall volume level is higher. To adjust the nal volume
level, use the “Output Level” parameter.
