Aligning the tilting table
Place a spirit level on the tilting table sample stage.
Level the DSA100 as described in Chapter 5.4.
7.7.7 Adjusting the height of the sample stage
Coarse adjustment
1. Hold the sample stage firmly from below and loosen the two knurled screws.
2. Slide the sample stage to the required height.
3. Retighten the two knurled screws.
Fine adjustment
Fine adjustment is carried out using the top adjusting screw.
