3. Put a PTFE gasket onto the tip of the first syringe.
Screw the syringe with the gasket a few turns into the syringe socket of the first
valve in order to insert the gasket.
Remove the syringe.
4. Loosen the knurled screw at the piston fixture.
The screw must be loosened far enough to fit the knob of the piston into
the clamp of the piston fixture.
5. Fill a storage vessel with the test liquid intended for the first liquid.
The amber glass bottle is intended for diiodomethane or other light-
sensitive liquids.
6. Fill the syringe with the test liquid without allowing any air to enter the syringe.

7. Lead the tube coming from underneath the syringe drive from the top though
the opening in the silicon seal of one of the red caps.

Use clean gloves to carry out this step. When the tube end gets
contaminated from the outside it can in turn contaminate the test liquid.
