Step 2. Install the PCIe riser.
Attention: Make sure the serial port cable is routed through the cable clip inside the PCIe riser.
a.
Align the guide hole on the PCIe riser to the guide post on system board, and insert the PCIe
riser into the PCIe slots on system board.
b.
Fasten the thumbscrew to secure the PCIe riser.
c.
Connect serial port cable to serial port connector on system board.
