In general, the Manual Controls are used for diagnostic purposes, and are not used
when making typical measurements.
Choose the chamber number that you want to manually open or close, and click
the Close Chamber or Open Chamber button. Click Scan Ports to force the
system to detect chambers connected to the system. The detected chambers are
shown in the Main window.
