Using the LI-8150 Multiplexer
The Flow tab contains controls for turning the flow rate on or off for both the
LI-8100A and LI-8150. Flow to the individual ports can be turned on or off by
choosing the Gas Port whose flow you want to turn on or off, and clicking Set.
