1.2 User manual structure
This user manual comprises seven (7) different sections:

The LM Trac machine embodies the latest technology and its operation and maintenance also
set requirements for the person operator and maintenance engineer. By reading and
understanding the information contained in this manual, you will ensure the safe and technically
correct operation and maintenance of this machine.
The aim has been to create a manual that is as clear as possible and every step has been
taken to ensure the sufficiency and correctness of the information presented in the manual.
However, due to the many different kinds of operating conditions and methods, it may possible
that some vital piece of information has been accidentally left out or is incorrect. The machine's
operator must take this into account and proceed accordingly.
This manual does not contain the operating and maintenance instructions for tools that can be
connected to the machine. The operator must carefully read the safety, operation and
maintenance instructions of the tools being used.
1.3 Safety and environmental protection
Great care has gone into ensuring that the machine we have manufactured is environmentally
sound and safe. The operator is, however, solely responsible for using the machine with
respect for the environment and its safety.
Read carefully section 2 of this manual, entitled ‘Safety’.
1.4 Structural changes
Any changes to be made to the structure and/or operating system of the machine always
require written authorization from Oy LAIMU Ab otherwise the warranty becomes void.
1.5 Liability for errors and warranty
The liability for errors/warranty of Oy LAIMU Ab does not cover damage that is demonstrably
the result of actions that are contrary to the instructions provided in this manual.
