6.7 Periodic maintenance
6.7.1 Periodic maintenance interval table
The table below lists the periodic maintenance items with their scheduled intervals.
The 10h (daily) maintenance work or checks must be performed every day before use.
The 500 h maintenance work must be carried out every 500 hrs or at least twice a year.
The 1,000 h maintenance work must be carried out every 1,000 hrs or at least once a year.
The 2,000 h maintenance work must be carried out every 2,000 hrs or at least every two years.
When you are working in extremely dusty, humid or otherwise demanding conditions, we recommend performing
maintenance work and checks more frequently than indicated here.
NOTE
Copy this table from the last page of the manual and mark the maintenance
items performed on the copy.
Give the copy to the customer when necessary. Remember to note the completion of the service in the service memo.
