6.9 Daily maintenance
Perform the following maintenance procedures daily, before starting the engine.
6.9.1 Indicators and warning lights (1)
Check that all the indicators and warning lights are functioning.
6.9.2 Engine oil level check (2)

When checking the oil level, the machine must be on a level surface. The oil level must be between the marks on the
dipstick (1).
1. Turn off the engine a few minutes before the check.
2. Pull out the dipstick (1), wipe it clean, and reinsert it for a moment.
3. Pull the dipstick out again and check that the oil level is between the “Max” and “Min” marks.
4. If necessary, add the recommended oil through the oil filler neck (2) and recheck the oil level.

The grade of the oil added must match the oil in the engine.
