7.2.2 Fuel system
Fuel: Diesel, EN 590 in E.U. ASTM D975-09B regulation - S 15 for U.S.*
* Heating oil must not be used as fuel.
For more info about required engine oil see 7.12 on page 100.
7.2.3 Cooling system
Thermostatcontrolled, pressurized cooling system
7.3 Drive hydraulics
The machine features an automatic fourwheel drive with traction control while driving forwards or backwards.
Oversized pump for optimal engine speed and economy.
Driving direction change by double action drive pedal. Two speed ranges.
Hub motors: Twospeed radialpiston type
Speed ranges: Electrohydraulic change
speed range I, slow 010 km/h
speed range II, fast 020 km/h
7.4 Work hydraulics
Variablesupply open system
Work hydraulics pump: Axial piston variable pump
Valves: 4stem, electrically controlled
Motor hydraulics: 47 l/min (2400 rpm), 200 bar
Cylinder hydraulics: 15 l/min, 175 bar
7.5 Steering hydraulics
Hydrostatically boosted body steering with load sensing, orbitrol system
Steering valve: Danfoss
7.6 Brakes
The vehicle features an automatic braking function created by the hydraulic drive power train. The machine brakes
automatically when pressure is lifted from the drive pedal.
The machine also has an actual brake pedal which uses the drum brakes integrated in the front wheel hub motors.
The parking brake is provided by the springload disc brakes (negative brakes) submerged in oil and integrated in the
front wheel hub motors.
The parking brake is always engaged when the engine is not running. The parking brake can also be engaged with a
separate electric switch.
7.7 Axles
Front wheels are mounted on the hub motors.
Rear wheels are mounted to rigid rear axle.
A four wheel drive can be ordered as an optional accessory.
