1: The main contact is closed and can be enabled.
0: Brake through ramp function generator, eliminate pulse, ready to
be connected.

1: No inertia stop command, enable.
0: The main contact is disconnected, the inertia deceleration brake,
immediately eliminate the pulse and forbid the connection.
STW1.2
1: The quick stop command is disabled.
0: Fast brake, eliminate pulse and disable connection.

1: Allows the operation and can be enabled.
0: Disable or disable the operation.

1: Enable ramp function generator.
0: Disables the ramp function generator and sets the output to zero.
