Remove two 1/4” hex head screws on the

top back edge of the dryer.

Lift the back edge and slide the top toward

the front of the dryer and lift it off of the

dryer.

Remove the Collar (See page 4-64).

The door switch connector is located on

the left side just below the collar. Use a flat

blade screwdriver to release the locking tab

and pull the connector apart.

NOTE: The door switch wires are routed

over the top of the door frame and can

be accessed from the front with the lower

service panel removed. This allows the

front panel of the lower dryer to be removed

without first disconnecting the door switch

connector below the collar.
