Insert a stiff putty knife or a thin flat blade
screwdriver in the slot below the door.
Slide the tool until it contacts a clip, one at
each top corner, about 5 cm (2”) in from the
corner.
Press the clip down to release it.
Pull the panel forward.
Repeat this procedure with the other clip.
Remove the service panel.

Open the dryer door and remove the lint
filter.
Remove the lower service panel (See left
column).
Remove four 1/4” hex head screws. The two
screws going into the blower housing are
brass and must be reinstalled in the same
location they are removed from.
Pull the lint filter housing away from the
dryer.
TECH TIP: Excess blower vibration may
be reduced by loosening the top left brass
screw in the lint filter housing up to two full
turns. Make sure the foam insulation blocks
any gaps, add more foam insulation or
aluminum duct tape to seal up any gaps.
