Preparing protective clothing for washing
Do not stick any labels on.
Remove carabiner hooks if possible or enclose in a side pocket.
Close Velcro fastenings or cover with Velcro tape.
Wash sheepskin linings separately.
Do not wash garments inside out.
Observe max. load weights.
Protective clothing is a program for washing fire brigade suits. It is not suitable for
washing clothing lined with sheepskin.
Tip: Detergent: We recommend using a liquid detergent with reduced pH, that is particu-
larly effective for dissolving grease and pigmentation stains.
Tip: Proofing agent: Proofing agent must be suited to the special requirements of this
area of use.
